Is it free to list an event?
Yes. Listing is free and you keep the full face value of every ticket - buyers pay a small service fee on top.
How do people get their tickets?
Instantly, by email, as a QR code. They show it at the door and it admits one person.
What if the scanner will not work on the night?
Search the guest list by name and admit them by hand. A ticket is only ever used up once our server confirms it, so a dropped signal never costs anyone their entry.
How do I get paid?
You connect a Stripe account once. Ticket money lands there as it sells, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on its normal schedule.
Can I refund someone?
Yes, from your Studio. The buyer gets back everything they paid, our service fee is returned too, and their entry code stops working.
